@jason1987d Please ping maintainers when you update their packages. I have deliberately avoided updating setuptools because it introduces a major breaking change that will require extensive testing across the range of python packages. Furthermore, it is not appropriate to combine unrelated updates like this, or to patch the project metadata to arbitrarily specify that the minimum version of a dependency is the latest one we package. |

Updating propcache which is a dependency of yarl. Needed to update setuptools for propcache to compile.
